I roast small batches for myself, usually 1–2 pounds, then share the rest with friends and family. It’s not a store; it’s a way to enjoy great coffee and spread it around.

Heads up: These beans come whole—grind ’em fresh at home for the best cup! Your roast will have the highest flavor profile during the “peaks between” dates on the bag label, after which flavors will slowly start to diminish. Don’t open the bag before the “rest until” date. 😀
